CABBAGE SOUP



1 large head cabbage, chopped in large pieces
2 cans low sodium chicken broth
1 large onion chopped
1 pkg. chopped carrots (12 oz.)
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp sea salt
1 pkg Butterball turkey sausage (Polska Kielbasa)

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Then turn temp down to low and simmer for about an hour.
Serve with cornbread muffins.
